Prices are stated without VAT, pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 2 of the Croatian VAT Act. The currency is the euro.<\/p>\n Buyer<\/strong><\/p>\n The buyer is a visitor to the web shop who selects one or more products, adds them to the cart and pays by bank transfer (payment slip) at a bank (post office or FINA) and sends the order to the seller, or pays for the ordered goods upon delivery. The seller undertakes to maintain the website in accordance with good business practice and as a diligent operator, and is not responsible for the quality of the internet connection through which the buyer accesses the seller’s website. The stated regular and promotional prices apply to online purchases.<\/p>\n Ordering<\/strong><\/p>\n Products are ordered via the shopping cart. By submitting an order, the buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods. This does not affect the consumer’s right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. An order may be placed by a registered user or as a guest. If the seller is unable to deliver a product because it is out of stock or can no longer be ordered from the supplier, the seller will notify the buyer in writing, and the buyer may cancel the order or accept a new delivery deadline. If the buyer decides to cancel the order, the seller will refund the amount paid as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date the delay occurred. If the buyer refuses to accept correct and undamaged goods they have ordered, the seller is entitled to claim reimbursement of all handling costs related to delivery.<\/p>\n Right to unilateral termination of the contract<\/strong><\/p>\n The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which the goods are handed over to the consumer or a person designated by the consumer, other than the carrier. For distance contracts concluded through the web shop, a unilateral termination function is made available to the buyer in an easily visible and accessible manner. After a request is submitted through this function, the seller will, without delay, send the buyer a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (by email), containing the details of the request and the date and time of its submission.<\/p>\n
