Erida

The peoples of Mesopotamia were still familiar with fruit distillation. The Greeks and Romans began to use it more significantly, and it was not until the Arabs regularly applied it and spread it throughout Europe. In Greek mythology, Eris is known as the goddess of discord, and her opposite is the goddess Harmony. We are sure that our brandy will not sow discord between you and your friends like Erida’s golden apple that caused the great Trojan War between the Greeks and the Trojans. Our craft apple brandy is a harmony of smell, color and taste. Made from ripe apples handpicked from our orchards. By picking by hand, we remove the stalks that could affect the appearance of the unpleasant and bad smell of the future brandy. We then wash the apples in order to prevent the possible entry of harmful microorganisms, such as bacteria and wild yeasts, into the must or mash, which could direct the fermentation in the wrong direction. We use several varieties of sweet and sour apples for production of craft apple brandy. With good storage and proper maturation, we arrive at our dull yellow cider, with a clean aroma and smooth sweetness. The apple is also called the goddess among fruits because of its properties, but also the fruit of knowledge, but also of sin. And it would be a sin not to try our brandy.
