Delivery and payment method

Delivery conditions

Delivery is made door-to-door, more precisely to the recipient’s address via the transport company DHL which performs transport services. More about the general business conditions https://www.dhl.com/hr-hr/home.html. The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When picking up the product, the customer is obliged to check for possible damage and report it immediately to the delivery person who delivered the goods. When taking over the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or the delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of takeover.

If delivery to your home address is not convenient for you, you can choose the option of personal pickup, which means that the package will be ready for you to pick up at the address MAMM Obrt za proizvodnju jakih alkoholnih pića, Dragutina Domjanića 58, 33405 Pitomača within 2 working days of receiving the order/payment. Other terms of delivery

The goods are insured against loss and damage during delivery. The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note when taking over the goods, and the delivery person takes it as a confirmation of taking over. If the buyer, after the goods have been sent, does not receive the goods or the delivery notification within the expected time, he has the right to inform the trader about this in order to undertake a search for the shipment or to send a replacement shipment. Payment methods:

PAYMENT BY OFFER – TRANSACTION ACCOUNT
The products for which the order has been concluded can be paid by payment via a general payment slip in all bank branches, FINA, Croatian Post offices and via internet banking of any bank. After you place the order, MAMM forwards the information required for payment by e-mail. The goods will not be sent or delivered until the payment is visible on the account.

PAYMENT ON COLLECTION (ON DELIVERY)
After placing the order, MAMM will send a proforma invoice to the customer’s e-mail address. After you receive the goods in accordance with the preliminary invoice, the process of issuing the invoice is started. With cash on delivery payment, you pay the delivery person when you pick up the goods.
